Have seen first hand kids drop from first team to second team and suddenly are playing a lot better. It’s really because they couldn’t handle the top team speed and competition. Sure, a lot of kids get unfairly stuck on second or even third teams, but for most part, wouldn’t be able to hang on a top team. [/quote]
