That's true.  I got trained on one such software at work this year but don't use it.  If you surface quotes that you want to use you can click to go to the original web link it came from.

I suppose some people might stumble upon DCUM from social media listening tools but it would be more likely that would happen for rare topics.  I don't think topics like "SSFS will stay open" are being professionally monitored using social listening software.  I'd more believe the Bayesian yachtbuilder's crisis PR people got here from some kind of tool.  Anything common like comments on Melania's hats is unlikely to lead to DCUM first.[/quote]
