Whatever short-term relief you may get will be completely undone by the horrific rebound anxiety when you quit. Blowing out your neurotransmitters is never a step toward better mental health. And having been a medical cannabis patient for years, I disagree completely with the idea that any cannabis "therapies" are "tailored to each individual and carefully supervised".
