[/quote] I'm not making my kid give up sports just yet but my kid's teammates live in 3 different counties. There's no carpooling. Like you, I've worked from home for years. Fully worked from home. Now back in the office full time with a long commute (office moved last year further from me) and a complete lack of flexibility. My office has not returned to pre-pandemic posture by any means but have regressed so far back, I'd have to go back to the 2001-ish range. [/quote]
