As a long time 20852 resident, who pays Rockville City taxes, I cringe when I hear my newer neighbors refer to our neighborhood as N Bethesda. We are the southern most part of the City of Rockville, closer to White Flint than Rockville Town Square.[/quote] If you pay Rockville city taxes, then obviously you are in Rockville. The question at hand is about the areas further south than that, which are not within city limits.[/quote]
