You would be surprised on how many kids and families actually welcome the long travel aspect in this area.  It's costly but an experience that they want.  [/quote]

I think longer travel is good if you are doing it because you can’t find sufficient competition closer to home. Otherwise it just feels performative—“the club must be in a good league because you have to travel far for games,” etc. Life is busy enough.[/quote]
