[/quote] It’s mostly #2. We have a lot of working relationships with Israel from R&D to business to intelligence. Burning those bridges to help Gazans doesn’t make much sense from a realpolitik perspective. There just isn’t much upside, and Hamas will still hate us anyway. Even the Arab governments in the region don’t really want to help. They’ve been burned before, and Hamas is too influenced by Iran.[/quote]
