Trump specifically said the tattoos spelled out M S 1 3. They did not. They were symbols. 
I haven't found an official image of his tattoos although I have seen photos of the ones on his knuckles, which are symbols. The Prince George's County report does not describe any tattoos saying MS13. They do describe tattoos of skulls with eyes, ears, and mouth covered which they say is a gang tattoo meaning see no evil, speak no evil, hear no evil. They also say he has a devil tattoo on his leg and "only" MS13 gang members are allowed to have tattoos of devils with horns. So if you go to a tattoo shop, I guess they check the database to see if you're allowed to have a horned devil tattooed.

They also have boxes checked off on a gang rating list. One is frequents gang area--which would be the Home Depot. They also say gang affiliates, which would be the other people they detained. But another box they checked is "arrested alone" while there are 3 people they detained. The other criterion is dress, which would be the bulls cap and the hoodie imprinted with images of money with rolls of money covering the eyes, ears, and mouths of the presidents on the denominations (but neither Hamilton nor Ben Franklin was ever a president, I wonder if the officer knows that?). When I googled a description of the images on the hoodie I found lots of online retailers selling hoodies with similar images. Do they check a database for that too? Am I not allowed to buy one if I'm not a gang member?

In the report they say nobody but MS13 members is allowed to hang around MS13. But one of the people detained could not be "confirmed" to be MS13 so he was allowed to leave. Bit of a contradiction there. [/quote]
