Not predominantly “democrat” Judges— it’s been a mix. Not doing significantly better on appeals. To the extent they are winning any appeals, it’s on technical issues and the suits are being refiled by the right plaintiff (standing) or in the right jurisdiction. For the federal government, their record is downright pathetic. [/quote]
