Just FYI on the sulfa and penicillin allergies. Turns out most people who have been told they are allergic to penicillin actually aren’t, either because they grew out of it or never were in the first place. I went to an allergist and they tested me and I’m no longer allergic. The sulfa allergy is harder to rule out—they told me I’d have to do a trial in a hospital if needed, but the penicillin allergy they can test in office. [/quote]
