How do you manage an hour of a highly intense workout when you are exhausted?
I have this question too. I have POTS and am exhausted all the time. I cannot walk a block without needing to stop and take a break because I'm so fatigued and dizzy. So maybe you have POTS, but it doesn't totally make sense to me that you can work out hard for an hour each day but you're also exhausted all the time. I'm not saying I doubt you! I'm saying I can't square those things. If you have POTS, you're exhausted all the time, from my experience, not just at the end of a long day.
I get exhausted at the end of the day. Not all the time, every day. For example, I fell asleep at 1 am last night. I woke up around 9.30. I drove to get my hair done, then had to run some chores. I was all ok. I got home around 3:30 and was very hungry. I ate dinner. Did some chores at home and by 6 pm I felt terrible exhaustions. It is physical exhaustion when I cant even watch a show. I need lay down and do nothing. I took a nap and I was feeling the tiredenss. I had 30 minute nap and feel better. It does not happen every day. Yesterday, for example, I did a lot of things plys ran 4 miles in the evening and I was perfectly fine. It's puzzling.
