Neighbor A has... happy children and animals, lots of friends visiting, everyone else having a good time.
Neighbor B has... a green lawn and is very angry.

Yeah, seems like a pretty simple thing to handle, especially if there's no damage.

And the point is, they sound like nice people. People who are constantly angry about children having fun doesn't seem like someone you want to spend time around. [/quote]
