No test can determine greatness and yet we play the game. How many NFL coaches review College Quarterbacks to barely find a mediocre Quarterback? They have years of video footage, they can bring them to the stadium and test them personally - yet most drafted Quarterbacks don't last. And we believe a simple test will determine: gifted. Michael Jordan himself couldn't get a try out at UCLA - I'm sure he's considered gifted. [/quote] Yes and no. Standardized testing is the best predictor we have of lifetime outcomes but it is not a perfect predictor. [/quote]
