Again, my work is not a daycare and they get more out of me than a butt warmer 9am-5pm. I could get paid a much higher salary but I value the flexibility. If you get it you get it[/quote]

My DH turned down other job offers that would pay more but have much less flexibility.  At this point in time our family needs that.[/quote]
