Something VERY weird is going on with this story.

He was went to get a jacket
He didn't come back
Worker said he spit on an employee
Found beaten on the beach foaming from the mouth
Then autopsy says he drown? But washed up nicely on the beach?

You can choke on water and have foam around your mouth if you are drowning. If for example he inhaled a lot of water , was unconscious on the shore, and the choked / vomited as his lungs were filled with water. [/quote]
