The first criteria is publications (for research), and past job experience. Beyond that there are great programs in famous and less famous institutions, so then it depends on specialty and who they worked with before. But NO ONE is turning away anyone just because of where they graduated, for God's sake! What a stupid thing to say. [/quote]
