You are upset your ex voluntarily raised child support when working two jobs and now he has stepped down to one job and takes the child a reasonable amount of time and think you deserve the higher amount.  We've been there/done that with my husband's ex.  She took it to court and it ended up being drastically reduced.  She also tried to argue for us to pay for her health insurance when ours was very low cost with no co-pays.  The judge disagreed with her.  You aren't the first or last person to go through this.   You have far more resources available to you than the average person from health care to child care to summer camps to activities such as swimming lessons, sports and other stuff on base.  If you choose not to utilize them and use higher cost services, then it is your responsibility in less otherwise agreed upon.  The other option you have is for you to get a second job when your child is not with you.[/quote]
