The [i]market[/i] dictates nanny rates, not employer net worth. If she wants more money, she is free to find another job that pays more.

God, OP, you are REALLY stupid if you don't understand this. Either that, or you think Walmart should pay its cashiers $600,000 a year because the Walton heirs are among the richest people in America, so OBVIOUSLY those cashiers have some bargaining leverage  :roll:  :roll:  :roll: [/quote]
