No. I teach high school. There has been a handful of times over the past few years where I really had to go to the bathroom. I waited until the part of the lesson where students are writing or completing reading/group work. Then I just ducked out and went to the bathroom. It was fine. I think once I told a student who was asking for some input on a task that I just needed to step out for a moment to use the bathroom, and I did. Nothing terrible happened. The kids understand. I don't understand why anyone would allow themselves to poop their pants.
I started developing a phobia during high school and that resulted in also developing encopresis. After a while I got good at hiding it and by the time I started working the phobia was embedded.
