Without a confession, it's about 70% probability they are correct on average. The average juror is around 90 I.Q. and easily deceived by slick talking lawyers. Jury selection is determined by the lawyers and which jurors they think they can sway or manipulate to their side (Both prosecution and defense.) It's not about the truth.
