Because Bowser didn't factor human nature into her policies. She took away literally hundreds of miles of driving lanes, putting in bike lanes and 1 million flex posts and random curbs and islands. She has created much worse traffic resulting in drivers who are more frustrated and impatient than they've ever been at the same time you have pedestrians who have the sense of invincibility who stare at their phones and walk across any street expecting vehicles and electric bikes to stop for them. But those annoyed, late drivers are also districted by their phones.  I guess when pedestrians are inevitably hit and die, at least they had their point, right? And with RTO for feds it will only get worse. [/quote]
