My airline no longer allows emotional support animals, but obviously allows service animals. They don’t require a vest or special collar, but the owner does have to provide some sort of pertinent information at booking, as it shows up on our manifest as a service animal. What that information is, I’m not sure. [/quote] No, what the pp said is not true. Sure, you have to fill out the paperwork provided by the airline and answer questions. But there is no paperwork that service dogs have because they are service dogs. And anyone who pays to have "service dog paperwork" is falling for a scam. The whole emotional support animal thing is a scam too. I would argue that every dog is an emotional support dog. [/quote]
