Sweden is changing their gun laws after the massacre a few weeks ago.  New Zealand changed after their massacre a few years ago, this country just doesn't ever want to deviate from the status quo.  That's fine for the first 250 years but it won't do moving forward.

3. What's happening is a real jam.  Generational perhaps.  Not sure who wants to rise up to lead effectively - so yeah you can talk big about the nobility of not giving up but ultimately - we have 2 political parties and I don't know how we get back to being reasonable.  I want to see how things shape up as it's a new world with Trump and it's not just him but what he represents.  It's scary and I don't know how long it will take before someone honorable will want to be President.  It's a tough gig. Not sure who in their right mind would want it so kinda scary who we see running to be. [/quote]
