So what? The women who get up in arms about push presents are the same women who complain about getting nothing from their DH for Christmas and Valentine's. The truth is, most men are terrible at gift-giving. Why shouldn't OP pick something she likes for going through pregnancy and childbirth? Why is this only allowed when the idea comes from the father?
