That is the part that isn't true, even though yes, some people do say those words. But people find many different ways to make sense of tragedies, and we won't all agree with everyone else's way. One person's words of comfort often are painful to another. Death and dying are very difficult to talk about for most people, and even more difficult for people in mourning to make sense of.
