The media doesn't help with these sensational headlines. Schumer spoke out against it and did point out it was not legal. But now, lawyers will have to be hired to proven it is not legal -- maybe.

I don't think people understand the extent here, if this isn't stopped, the damage will be incalculable.  Farm subsidies?  Rural hospitals?  Any kind of infrastructure projects. I could go on.[/quote]

Unfortunately, I think things need to grind to a halt, a couple of deaths related to hospital/nursing home funding problems, kids unable to attend college, general catastrophes before all Americans realize how integral the federal government is to everyday life. People are ignorant to what a positive role government plays in their lives.[/quote]
