This is what we did as well. Once the kids went to school, our nanny transitioned to more of a housekeeper role but still does things for the kids when asked/needed. The best of which is baking cookies right before they come home from school. Some of the nannies here would be horrified! She cleans up adult dishes too - gasp the horror! [/quote]
