[/quote] Nope, FSA for medical gets loaded up front and then taken out of your account with every paycheck until the end of the year, so if OP asked for $3000, that money is already in the account even if she has only contributed $125 so far. Just note OP that you will get taxed on the money you used but didn't contribute. I did this a few years ago when I quit in February. Got my daughter some braces.[/quote]
