Regardless of what you do, say or believe, they may make a claim of parental alienation. The goal may be primary custody with you paying cs. Are their families from here? Or may they be planning a move? Based on their actions and “secrets” they are clearly planning something so you need to be strategic to try to block changes to the 50/50. A lot can depend on the judge.[/quote]
