TikTok will be back OP. Trump already said so. Weird that you messed up the name. Makes me think you don’t have teens, or any social media.
This. Weird mom.
OP here. I am concerned for our country's tweens/teens (not just my own). I am genuinely trying to help. I made a mistake by saying Twitter. I should have proof-read before hitting send. I apologize for my mistake. I definitely have teens, and definitely have social media. My DH is on Twitter/X constantly (unfortunately), reading an absurd amount about political issues, which is a complete waste of time. And my DD in college posts on Instagram. (She has fortunately made her account private now that she's searching for internships.) I can understand if my mistake (saying Twitter instead of TikTok) seemed odd, and I agree with you. But trust me, I'm just a mom who cares about the next generation. I don't post on Instagram, but I have an account. I post occasionally on Facebook. I spend too much time on social media myself, TBH. Fortunately I work full-time and so am busy 9-7, unlike teens. Please pause before you call someone weird.
