Frankly, I like having the control over eating organic, balanced meals, bedding and clothing with natural fibers, choosing vacation spots based on my preferences (and taking everyone’s opinion and needs into account of course), and doing what I think is right with my child’s academic and musical enrichment.

There are times when he does my laundry since he is throwing in a load anyway or does the grocery shopping and I haven’t been happy because he shrinks my sweaters or buys cheap processed food or watery eggs instead of pasture. Or times when he has done the dishes and ruined the seasoning on the cast iron pan or ruined my scrub brush or scratched the heck out of the non stick pan. Sometimes I can say it’s good enough and bite my tongue because he is working hard. [/quote]
