Op here: thanks all. Didn’t have time to come back. In years past we’d share stuff like this all the time. So though it was normal!!

This place has changed though? Anyway I have a senior again and just heard the podcast, so thought relevant. Hope we can do more useful sharing/knowledge exchange like this (and not new tiering and rankings) if folks also initiate.
