Anything in the posted OP line is googleable by any future parent looking at the school. That new parent may not know this is standard contract language and turn away from this school option because of what was written here = potential lost income to the school. It would be Libel, not slander. Slander is said; libel is written. OP may not know that the school's lawyers can get her AP info through the moderator and sue.[/quote]
