I’m fairly confident that they will have significant hearing loss in the future. I see very few landscapers wearing ear protection. If I can hear the stupid blower three blocks over how is it for the worker? Also, it’s absolutely terrible for the environment. It causes gas pollution and noise pollution. Also, removing every last leaf from a yard kills caterpillars who need the leaves to survive winter which in turn hurts birds which in turn hurts our food supply. Trying to keep a pristine, green lawn is such a waste of resources and very detrimental to the environment. Years from now we’ll look back on the foolishness of it all. [/quote]
