Who wants to spend the night and falling few days throwing up? [/quote] This was my experience about 15 years ago. I’ve eaten my fair share of sad salads and just planned to eat before or after. I would also always offer to bring something, be told of course not, and then the part of the meal I can eat is…carrots. Or asparagus. But now it seems like a larger chunk of people are either fully vegetarian or trying to eat more plant-based or are either celiac or gluten sensitive— including many hosts.
