Which feels appropriate, and there’s no way to get them to do it without suing them, so this feels pretty run of the mill. Litigation like this is a big part of how consumer protections in America work, and if your blood pressure is rising because this one involves crime and race, you should maybe let that sit for a bit and revisit it at some point.
