I don't know, if it were me, I'd want to really scope out the neighborhoods and get a feel.  Such a personal decision and not one is obviously better so it comes down to where you are going to be most comfortable.  Does that make sense?

An example to share - I detest with every living fiber the whole of DMv.  I've tried hard to embrace it but I find it completely soulless and unfriendly.  No imagination anywhere.  I'm from Chicago and I love small towns and big cities but not DC area.  However, I'm resigned to stay here because of DH.  So I chose for me the most comfortable place I could and it's doable for me.  I still am not happy to be here but I can take it.  So it's all about finding a neighborhood you can enjoy.  For me, there is nowhere else I can see myself living even if it's not a perfect location for me here, I've found my home by process of elimination.

You can likely find your home anywhere.  But do favor in the stuff you cannot deal with at all.  Process of elimination can help you figure out what place works best and then find the neighborhood that charms you most there :)[/quote]
