The old principal cultivated a high stress toxic environment for students and staff that created a very negative and hostile school culture. The new principal, Mr. Smith, is great and is a familiar face in the Fairfax pyramid community. However, I personally wouldn't recommend Johnson MS. It is still known to be a high stress environment. I've heard good things about Fairfax HS though. Maybe try the Chantilly pyramid? Rocky Run is a better middle school in that pyramid. [/quote]
