I would contact the company if you followed directions from the label. Some are shockingly helpful! And others -- e.g., Arc'teryx -- will do repair checks or have a service where they'll wash your coat for you. Fwiw, I thought I had trouble w/my Patagonia losing its waterproofing. I wash machine-washing on cold and hanging to dry. A Patagonia rep let me know that putting it in the dryer would restore the DWR. And it did![/quote]
