Our teachers are undetpaid as it it. Teachers pupil placing their children is an easy benefit that keeps good teachers and costs FCPS next to nothing. It is the smartest benefit cost vs return that FCPS can offer its teachers.[/quote] This benefit is only for teachers who reside in Fairfax County, so arguably, it costs nothing. [/quote]
