[/quote] Yes, the movie is based on the musical that’s based on the book that was inspired by the original Wizard of Oz 1900 book. But the musical (& movie, I assume) is much tamer & more family friendly than the book Wicked. [/quote] I hated the book (I’m typically a tolerant reader), but I loved the theater musical. Is this closer to the book or the original musical?[/quote]
