No, it does not anger me that children from the nearby apartment complex are brought to our neighborhood by their parents so that they can walk outside in a safe environment rather than go door to door and be greeted by drunks who are more likely to try to take their candy than give them any. Yes, I am exaggerating for effect, but still: if you don't want to give out candy, don't.
