Perhaps the NNAT and CogAT weren't "designed" to be studied for, but in the past, they said the same about the SAT and now that's a huge industry.  Maybe it's very difficult to get a perfect score, but I'd also say that a kid who can get such a score --even prepped-- is in the top 20% of his peers, which is plenty good enough to do well in an AAP that serves up to 20%+ of the FCPS ES population. I couldn't agree more. I understand the logic of not prepping but a non-gifted student is not going to score a perfect score on either even with prep. [/quote]
