Looks like the pictures are taken down on the listing but you can still them on Artisans website. A good lot that's 1 acre in McLean is starting closer to 2 million and up. I agree it's probably cost somewhere between 4-5 million to build so the builder must have made a very nice profit. [/quote]

there are no more photos, so to me it looks like an ugly brown box construction that's definitely not going to cost many millions to build. They build modern boxy homes for 1/3 of it with slightly less sq. footage. They don't sell for more than 4 mil unless these are on 2 acre lots in certain wealthy enclave communities.  Maybe this is one of them, but looking at google maps doesn't look this way.   I am trying to understand the "mystery" here  :lol: [/quote]
