Looks like the pictures are taken down on the listing but you can still them on Artisans website. A good lot that's 1 acre in McLean is starting closer to 2 million and up. I agree it's probably cost somewhere between 4-5 million to build so the builder must have made a very nice profit. [/quote]

It sounds sketchy the people would buy at this price knowing they could buy a lot and hire a builder to do the same thing saving 3-4 mil or more in the process.. Something else must be going on here.  House doesn't look that elaborate to warrant the price and 1 acre isn't an estate exactly. Plus it's close to a cut-through commuter road[/quote]
