Not only are we guessing at how to parse out what he means, what he really means, and what he really really extra-scoop means, but we are also ignoring the machinery put in place of judges from the bottom up that he appointed (not just SCOTUS), his directives to skirt around the congressional approval of appointments, and all of the money poured into this by foreign and domestic oligarchs.
