If we're talking about the absolute upper limit at which an attractive man will no longer be sexually attractive to prime women, no matter what type interventions he attempts to cease aging, then it's probably the mid 40s for White men and upper 40s for ethnic men.

Brad Pitt, despite all the money and access to surgeons, started to look like an old man by the time he made Moneyball in 2010-11.  He looked weathered compared to his appearance in Burn After Reading, which was released in 2008.  I thought he was still very much "Brad" when he made Mr. and Mrs. Smith at the age of 42.

Idris Elba looks like an old man now at 52.  A sexy old man but an old man nonetheless.  Without fame and fortune, he'd probably be considered too old by 24 to 28 years olds, just going by looks alone.  Idris 5 years ago was still very much a smoke show and would have no problem pulling women in their 20s.
