Presidential scholars have reviewed the presidencies and they disagree with you.

Jimmy Carter was rated by 16 presidential scholars and rated between 18th and 34th best president.  On two ranked him 30th and 34th, in the bottom 1/3 of the 42 fully rated presidents at the time.

Trump was rated by 5 of the presidential scholars and ranked 41st through 45th out of 45 presidents.  All 5 scholars ranked him in the bottom 10% of presidents.

Biden has been rated by 2 scholars and they ranked him 14th and 19th out of 46 presidents.
