[/quote] Maryland is solidly blue, but it’s not a terribly progressive state, more moderate Democrats. It will be interesting to see how many of them will vote for Hogan out of protest since they already know that the state will go to Harris. It reminds me of how the polls failed to really capture Trump support in 2016.[/quote]
