Can you think of a reason why a candidate trying to prove his fiscal plan would focus on this in a major speech? I can. It is to convince the public that the budget problems can be solved by rummaging through the couch to find lost liberal money that does not require a sacrifice. Look who is squealing loudest about last years budget deal. Republicans aren't against spending or deficits. They oppose liberal priorities and that's it. [/quote]
